Claude Robert Feracci

Claude Robert Feracci, of Arlington, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at the age of 86.

Celebration of Life Service: 1:00pm Friday, August 12, 2022 at Skyvue Funeral Home.

Claude was borne on May 29, 1936 to Joseph Feracci and Maria Anthemise Luccioni in Aix En Provence (France).

He was a private in the First Class French Army and eventually came to the United States where he called Chicago, Illinois his home. He married Colette Bolduc in March of 1972 and they continued to build a life in Chicago where they raised their son, Joey.

Claude had an amazing work ethic and was a self-taught chef. He had such a passion and skill for cooking that he had the opportunity to become the executive chef at the Ritz Carlton in Chicago, The Signature Room at the 95th in Chicago and the Fairmont Hotel in Dallas, Texas.

He loved to cook for family and friends, watch hockey and French soccer, and spend time with his family, especially his granddaughter. His loving smile and caring spirit will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved him.

Claude is preceded in death by Joseph and Maria Feracci; Marcel Feracci; Marie Jacqueline Feracci; Jackie Feracci; and Angele Feracci.

He is survived by his loving wife, Colette Feracci; son, Joey Feracci and wife Deanne; granddaughter, Elizabeth Feracci; other special family members, Carol, Jeanne and Nick Mercer.
