Emily was born on February 5, 1998 in Beaufort, SC to Christopher Diaz Sr. and Cindy Jones. She loved music, animals and art. She rarely met a stranger and would talk to anyone about whatever was important to them.
Emily was preceded in death by her grandmother, Anastacia Diaz; uncles, Jr Diaz, Ruben Diaz, Walter Diaz, Victor Diaz, Alex Diaz and Jesse Diaz.
Survivors: parents, Christopher Diaz Sr. and Cindy Jones; brother, Christopher Diaz Jr.; grandmother, Joyce Thompson; aunts and uncles, Robyn and Brian Deacon, Anita Diaz, Ramon Aguinaga, Johnnie and Adriana Diaz; and numerous cousins and extended family.
