Pamela Marie Dove (Edwards)

Pamela Marie Dove, of Alvarado, Texas, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2022 at the age of 57.

Visitation: 6:00-8:00pm Monday, April 11, 2022 at Skyvue Funeral Home. Funeral Service: 11:00am Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at Skyvue Funeral Home.

Pamela was born on May 15, 1964 on Connellsville, Pennsylvania to Harold “Skip” Edwards and Verna Edwards (Gillott). She married Ronald Wade Dove on May 30, 1992 in Connellsville and they eventually moved to Burleson, Texas where they attended St. Ann Catholic Church and Pamela worked for McDonald’s.

Pamela was a kind and loving spirit who had many friends. She loved visiting and spending time with them and those that she didn’t get to see often, she always kept in touch with through Facebook. Pamela also loved her family dearly. She was her children’s number one supporter, always cheering them on in whatever they did. One example of this was her supporting all things Army.

In her free time, Pamela enjoyed watching Penn State and all Pittsburgh sports. She also liked to go to concerts. Pamela truly loved her family and friends all across the nation. Her smile lit up the room and her laughter was contagious. She never met a stranger. She is going to be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

Pamela is preceded in death by her mother, Verna Edwards (Gillott) of Connellsville, PA; father, Harold “Skip” Edwards of Connellsville, PA.

She is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Wade Dove, of Alvarado, TX, formerly of Monongahela, PA; sons, Ronald Wade Dove, of Alvarado, TX; Thomas Michael Dove, of Alvarado, TX and fiancé Evelyn Grace Bryson of Newton Mass; sister, Kim and Scott Heckert, of North Huntingdon, PA; nieces, Jessica and Elliot Long, son Asher, daughter, Grace, of Irwin, PA, Carrie and Matthew Fitz, son, Landen, daughter, Sawyer, of North Huntingdon, PA; nephew, Mark Heckert, of North Huntingdon, PA; and many more loving family members and friends.
