Dennis Olajide Sokoya

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dennis Olajide Sokoya, who was born on August 12, 1990, and went home to glory on July 21, 2024. Dennis was not just a brother, son, cousin, and friend; he was a beacon of light whose impact resonated deeply in the lives of so many. To know him was to love him, and his inviting energy was truly infectious.

Dennis is survived by his loving parents, Rosemary and Titus Sokoya; his siblings Anthony, William, and Erica; as well as a multitude of friends and family who were blessed to have known him. 

Though we are filled with sorrow as we navigate this profound loss, we take comfort in knowing that Dennis is now home with the Lord. We believe that God makes no mistakes, and we find solace in our faith during this difficult time.

A ceremony to honor Dennis’s life will be held on August 9, 2024, from 9 AM to 12 PM at Skyvue Funeral Home in Mansfield, TX.
