Dennis was a Navy man and served on the USS Patterson. Once out of the military, he worked for General Motors for the next 36 years.
Anywhere there was a track, you could find Dennis, racing around it, in anything that had tires.
Dennis is survived by his daughters, Kelly and Jason Rhodes; sons, Dennis Christopher, Tyler Mitchell; grandchildren, Sierra, Walker, Conner, Elena, Saul, Rylee, Logan; great-grandchildren, Kamden, Beau.
Dennis and Shelia will be buried together Monday April 8, 2024, at 10am at DFW National Cemetery.
