Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Billie Jo and J.D. Davis; brother, James "butch " Davis; sister, Joy Elaine Davis.
Survivors: wife, Sandra Davis; daughters, shelly Hatcher, Rebecca Aguilar and husband Samuel, April Kaufhood and husband Michael, Venessa Davis, Briana Hatchett and husband Michael; sisters, Glenda Newsome, Sharon Gretcher and Ronda Hoffman; 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
