Daniel Lynn Davis

Daniel Lynn Davis of Fort Worth, Texas passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023.

He was born in Waco, Texas to mother and father, Evylin Glenn and Virgil Davis. As he grew into adulthood he met and fell in love with Doddie French. He made her an official Davis on March 2, 2019, in Palo Pinto County, Texas. Daniel was a very hard worker and worked for many different apartment companies throughout Grand Prairie as a maintenance worker. When Daniel had down time diving into a good western book or even watching old western shows like Gun Smoke is what he loved to spend his time doing. But spending time with his wife Doddie and beloved dog "Ba" was what he truly enjoyed even more then his old westerns. He had enjoyed singing a toon or two and would sing to Doddie any chance he could.

Daniel is preceded in death by his mother, Evylin Glenn, father, Virgil Davis.

He is survived by his loving wife, Doddie Lynn Davis; daughters, Brittany and Aaron Watkins; sisters, Yolanda Lile and partner Kristina Brown, Barbara Hobbs and late husband Dana; brother, Robert Lile; grandchildren, Akira Watkins and Kiara Watkins; nieces, Meagan, Morgan, Mariah, Caitlin, Emmeri; nephews, Lil Robert, Christian, Suede, Josiaha, Kayden; and special friends, Bobbby and Marlena Sikes and many more loved family and friends.
