Darlene Valentine Cole

Darlene Valentine Cole of Arlington, Texas was called to her heavenly home May 3, 2026, at the age of 68. 

Darlene was born June 7, 1957, in Houston, Texas to Charles Cole and Laura Mae McCoy. She attended college at LSU and went on to have a career in Home Health Care.

She leaves to cherish her memory and continue her legacy, her sons, Jeremiah Irving and wife Phalana Irving, Derrick Irving and wife Taisha Garrett-Irving; parents, Laura McCoy and Johnny Irwin; sister, Debbie Hawkins; brother, Reginald McCoy; grandchildren, Dionisia Irving, Marquis Irving, Mataio Irving, JerMia Irving, Mylah Irving, Teagan Irving, Jyriah Irving, Demiah Irving and Kaiden Irving; great-grandchildren, X'mir Bruton, Na'vi Jackson; nieces, Leshedia Martin and husband Alex Martin, Shalena McCoy, Dakimesha Bowman and husband Malcom Bowman; nephews, Roberto Midgett, Rodney McCurry, Eric McCoy and Talvin McCoy; other family and special friends include, Déja Chatmon, Damion Chatman, Da'Shun Bowman, Cartavious Bowman, Demarius Bowman along with numerous other loving family and friends.
