Cynthia Kay Williams, a devoted mother and grandmother, passed away on May 27, 2023 in Dallas, Texas. She was born in Fort Worth, Texas on June 18, 1950 to Armond Arnold (father) and Eva Lou Levens (mother).
Upon graduating from Eater Hills High School, Cynthia spent most of her professional career working with Mansfield ISD. Her passion for education and her love for children made her an invaluable asset to the community she served. Her kindness and compassion towards others was evident in everything she did. She lived a life of purpose that revolved around her family - nothing gave her greater joy than spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Cynthia married the love of her life, Dwight Williams, on November 1, 1969. Over the course of their marriage they built a beautiful life together centered around their shared love for family and friends.
Cynthia is survived by two loving sons, Tim Williams (Kristen) and Chad Williams (Katie). She was a proud grandmother to six beautiful grandchildren - Leilani, Zander, Kendall, Jake Courtney and Harleigh and one great-grandchild, Rhyder.
While it is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Cynthia Kay Williams, we are comforted knowing that she is now at peace in heaven watching over those who loved her dearly. She leaves behind sweet memories and will be missed more than words could ever express.
A memorial service will be scheduled at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family of Mrs. William's asks that you please consider making a donation to Wreaths Accross America.
