Cynthia Johnson, a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away on January 25, 2026, in Bedford, Texas, leaving behind a legacy of love and joy. Born on November 20, 1981, in Shattuck, Oklahoma, she brought light into the lives of all who knew her.

Cynthia dedicated her professional life to being a customer service representative for Walmart Ecommerce, where her warmth and dedication made a significant impact on her colleagues and customers alike. Her commitment to her work reflected her caring nature and desire to help others.

She cherished her education, having earned a Bachelor's degree from Northwood University, a pursuit that marked her determination and thirst for knowledge. This educational foundation equipped her for a fulfilling career, but it was her personal passions that truly defined her spirit.

Cynthia had a profound love for interior decorating, often transforming spaces into beautiful reflections of herself. Her creative eye allowed her to find treasures that others might overlook, breathing new life into them and making them sparkle. Alongside her flair for design, she adored her fur babies, showering them with affection and care, always finding comfort in their companionship.

Cynthia is survived by her loving mother, Dixie Prophet Harrington, and her sisters, Dallas Goodale and her spouse George Goodale, and Jonathan Martin and his spouse Jennifer Martin. She adored her nephews, Aaron Goodale, Matthew Goodale, Jeffrey Martin, and Jacob Martin, filling their lives with laughter and affection. Cynthia also shared a close bond with her cousin Haden Prophet and her uncle Jeff Prophet.

She was welcomed into heavenly rest by her father, Gaylord E. Harrington, and her beloved spouse, John Johnson, whose memories will forever be cherished by those she has left behind.

Cynthia's radiant spirit and kind heart touched so many, and while her physical presence may be gone, her light will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who loved her. She will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered for her compassion, creativity, and the joy she brought into the world.

In lieu of flowers, she would like you to please make donations to the Diabetes Foundation.
