Funeral: 12 pm Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Skyvue Victoria Chapel with a visitation to start at 11 am.
Burial: Skyvue Memorial Gardens.
Elvira was preceded in death by her son, Arthur Jason Cortez; sister, Irene Osorio; brother, Jacinto Cortez; parents, Cosme and Victoria Cortez.
Survivors: sister, Pauline Olvera; brother, Jose Cortez; daughter, Veronica DeLeon; sons, Christopher Cortez Steve Cortez; grandchildren, Angela Mancillas, Victoria DeLeon, Amber DeLeon, Santiago DeLeon, Zulema DeLeon, Aracely DeLeon, Chuck Oliver, Hailey Smith, Miranda Smith, Caleb Smith, Zachary Smith, Alicia Oliver, Xavier Cortez, Elysia Cortez, Anissa Cortez, Tonya Cortez, Clarissa Cortez, Noah Andrew Cortez; 30 great grandchildren and many more loved family and dear friends.
