Cindy Pope Cates

Cindy Pope Cates of Saginaw, Texas, was called to her heavenly home August 16, 2026, at the age of 65.

Cindy was born April 21, 1961, in Fort Worth, Texas to Tollie Pope and Wanda Martin Pope. She graduated from W.E. Boswell High School in 1979. Cindy worked for Southwestern Bell. She enjoyed attending the Oasis Church International in Haslet, Texas.

Cindy was welcomed into Heaven by her mother, Wanda Pope; grandparents, Henry and Beatrice Pope, Ralph and Ethel Martin.

Those left to cherish her memory and continue her legacy are her father, Tollie Pope; sister, Debbie Pope and husband Eddy; brother, David Pope and wife Leddy; granddaughter, Hannah Spindor; nieces, Jessica Belgarde and husband Jason, Maegan Frank and husband Cody; nephew, Chase Pope and wife Rose; numerous great nieces, nephews, friends and son, Ricky.
