Charles Wayne Noe, 71, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2025.

Charles was born in Clarksville, TX on January 31, 1954 to Marvin and Marie Noe. He married Leta A. (Blackwell) Noe on April 17, 1974. Charles was a retired truck Driver who loved spending time with his family.

Survivors: wife, Leta Noe; daughter, Jacqueline Smith; sons, Johnny Noe, Brad Noe, Charles and Heather Callaway; sisters, Leean and Kevin Leverette, Kathy Barnett; brother, Danny and Eneida Noe; grandchildren; Whitney Noe and Eric Harris, Katie Noe, Jasmine Noe, Danny J Noe, Marsan Levy, Julia Noe, Paula Andrews, Dekota Winders, Chisty Jones, Trey Chancy, Ryan Chancy and Ryan; great grandchildren, Brantley, Zoey, Lane, Brody, Jason, Ariel and many more.
