Josephine Catanzaro

Josephine Catanzaro, 93, passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022.
Funeral: 3 pm Friday, December 2, 2022 at Skyvue Funeral Home with a visitation to start at 2pm.

Josephine was born in Santo Stefano, Messina, Sicily on June 22, 1929. She was the youngest of five children. She was studying to be a tailor when she met her husband. After marrying, Josephine immigrated to the USA and settled in Pennsylvania where her only child, Frances, was born. She was very proud to become a US citizen in 1981. After spending time living in New York, and New Jersey, Josephine moved to Mansfield, TX to be close to her daughter.

She is survived by her Daughter, Frances Corts; sister, Maria Tudisca; her grandchildren, Nicole (Blake) Williams, and William Corts. She was a proud great grandma, to Isabella and Harrison Williams and loved to shower them with gifts and candy. She is remembered by numerous family and friends in New York, New Jersey, Texas and Europe.
