Frances Carter, 75, passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2021.
Memorial Service: 4pm, Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Skyvue Victoria Chapel.
Frances was a long-time employee of Coca Cola for 25 years where she retired. When she had some spare time she enjoyed drinking Coca Cola, spending time outdoors camping, getting cozy watching her favorite western shows, and most of all spending time with her family.
She is survived by her loving husband, Elvin Carter; daughter, Angela an Ross Goff; sons, Jeremy and Charlotte Carter, Josh and Cori Carter; grandchildren, Julie Carter, Jeremy Carter Jr., Brittany Carter, Josh Carter Jr. Blake Goff; great grandchid, Bentley Carter; nieces, Rita Bane, Donna Nail, Nancy Roach, Brenda Watson; nephew, Charles Tidwell and many more loved family and friends
