Lance Carlock, of Lillian, Texas, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2023 at the age of 72.
Celebration of Life: 6:00 PM Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at Skyvue Funeral Home.
Lance was born on January 24, 1951 in Fort Worth, Texas to Weldon Carlock and Nell Myers.
After graduating from high school, he went on to work for Nationwide Mobile Homes and Lawrence Towing. He attended Retta Baptist Church in Rendon, Texas. In his free time, he enjoyed live music, reading his bible and hanging out at the shop.
He is preceded in death by his father, Weldon Carlock; mother, Nell Myers and her husband, Ray Myers.
Lance is survived by his daughter, Shelly Carlock; stepdaughters, Kerry Marr, Michelle Dieter; bonus daughter, C.J. Baker; stepson Dylan Carpenter; grandchildren, Jaxson Nickols, Nathaniel Nickols, Chelsea McQuiller, Christopher McGill; numerous other loving members and friends who will continue to cherish his memory.
