Billy Capps

On Saturday, September 28, 2019 Billy Capps, loving husband, father, grandfather and avid musician went to be with the Lord at the age of 62.

Billy was born on February 24, 1957 to Leon and Hazel Capps in Fort Worth. Billy was a renaissance man, working as a roofer, construction worker, musician, and radio DJ. Married to Alicia Hendry for 38 years and raised three sons together.

Billy was passionate about music and his family; playing many a show with the Country City Limits band, helping his boys build and race cars, attend sporting events and play music together. He was a God loving man who always knew his place in the Kingdom of Heaven. Billy was known for his guitar playing, joke telling and infectious laugh.

Billy was preceded in death by his father, Leon, his mother, Hazel, and his brother, Robert. Billy is survived by his wife, Alicia, his three sons, Billy Jr (Tiger), Calvin, and Jonathan, grandsons, Austen, EJ, Dylan, Easton, Colin and Link and siblings Christine, Shirley, Jimmy, Dale, Carol, Donna, Mark, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
