Mike Burger passed away peacefully in his home in Arlington, Texas on Monday, January 12. He is survived in death by two siblings: Jeff Burger and Diane Wagner; one nephew, Zachary Wagner and two aunts: Karen Burger and Mary Ries.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Henry and Verna Mae Burger and three siblings: Kathleen, Mark and Christine Burger.
Mike served in the Merchant Marines as an Able Seaman from 1971 through 1973 prior to beginning his career with National Semiconductor as a process engineer where he worked for over 20 years.
Mike was passionate about scuba diving, fly fishing, desert dirt bike racing and golf and was an avid World War 2 research enthusiast.
A private service will be held by the family at a later time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Catholic Charities in Mike's name.
