Carl is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Elizabeth Brookins; brother, Robert Martin; grandmother, Annie Hill.
He is survived by his loving wife, Trustee Daphne Brookins; sons, Jordan, Dylan, and Rodney; brothers, Walter, James, and Calvin; sisters, Dorothy, Linda, Betty, Cheryl, Patricia, and Cynthia; 3 grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
