Billy Frank Miller

Billy Frank Miller peacefully transitioned to his Heavenly Home on September 10, 2025, at the age of 75.

Billy was born on July 13, 1950, in Fort Worth, Texas to Della Adalaide Robinson and Chester Miller. Living in Fort Worth his whole life, here is where Billy married Barbara Ann on October 27, 1969, and worked as a chef at Texas Health Methodist Hospital. They were members of Pilgrim Valley Missionary Baptist Church under the late Reverend W. G. Daniels. Billy enjoyed cooking, gardening, playing pool, and listening to music.

Billy is greeted in his Heavenly Home by his parents, Della and Chester Millerp; Linda Holland, Robin Fasoranti, Venita Berry, Carroll Ferrall, Uvonne Miller, Lester Miller, and Jerry Miller, along with a host of child and other family members.

Those left to cherish Billy’s memory are his wife of almost 56 years, Barbara Miller; his daughters, Audra Hughes (Shawn), La’Tonia Miller, Shemalya Miller, and his son, Billy Miller, Jr. (Amber); his sisters, Loyce (Kenneth), Joyce, Arrebia (Kevin), Marie (Lewis), and his brothers, Bobby Miller, and Hubert Miller (Janice); his grandchildren, Danielle (Ray), Dominic, DeCoryan (Candice), Artaveon, Daveon, Zoë, Alicia, Shinalya, Mariah, and a host of other grandchildren; his great-grandchildren, Baleigh, River, Reign, Kennedy, Kory, Kemet, Kendall, and Ptah; a host of loving nieces, nephews, and extended Potter Family and friends.
