Mary Ann Belisle went home to Jesus on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at the age of 85.
Memorial Service: 11am Saturday, May 20, 2023 at Skyvue Victoria Chapel.
Mary was born November 11, 1937, in Rockford, IL to Anne and William Smetz. As she blossomed into the woman we knew today, she met and fell in love with her husband Denis Belisle. She became an official Belisle on March 9, 1987. Together they welcomed 3 children, Joe, Debbie and Pascal. She loved her family but, also had a special place in her heart for the Dallas Cowboys, a good Elvis Presley song and watching NASCAR were some of her favorite hobbies. Not to mention, a good binge worthy weekend filled with General Hospital was considered a good day for her.
She is preceded in death by, her mother and father, daughter-in-law, two brothers-in-law and a sister-in-law.
Mary is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Denis Belisle; sons, Joe Smith and Pascal Denis; daughter, Debbie Smith; granddaughters, April Lopez, Tiffany Gallardo, Samantha Luna, Miranda Rawls, Ashley Shotwell, Savannah Shotwell; 9 great-grandsons; 2 great-granddaughters and many more loved family and friends near and far.
