Thirza Marie Beayrd

Thirza Marie Worley – Beayrd, age 91 died peacefully on December 09, 2021 at Texas Health Harris Fort Worth from a terminal stroke.

Thirza was born on May 5, 1930 in Okfuskee, Oklahoma to her mother Mary Aldine and father Lonzo Worley. Thirza married Walter Marion Beayrd on October 17, 1948 in Arkansas and were married 69 years before Walter passed away in 2018. She is survived by her 5 children, Judy Beayrd of Aurora, CO., Kenneth Beayrd of Fort Worth, TX., David Beayrd and wife Deborah of River Oaks, TX., Cynthia Thompson and husband Larry of Watauga, TX, and Donald Beayrd and wife Charlean of River Oaks, TX. Thirza was blessed with 12 grandchildren, Glenn Burnam, LaVelle Burnam, Christopher and wife Jen Burnam, Melissa and husband Kevin Dollarhide, Tammy and husband Stephen Decker, Ellen and husband Troy Kuszmaul, Jason Beayrd, Rebecca and husband Jacob Jordan, Joshua Beayrd, Krystal and husband Dawson Hagen, Kenneth Jr. and wife Amanda Beayrd, Steven Beayrd. She also had 21 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Thirza was always passionate and devoted to her walk with Christ and served the church her and her husband ran for many years together. She was a vision behind the piano, singing God’s praises for all to hear.
Along with everything she did for the church, Thirza enjoyed playing board games, doing crafts, and watching old western movies. She was a huge kid at heart and found joy all around her.
She will be greatly missed by those that love her but feel comforted that she is with her Savior and a happy, healthy, singing angel watching over us all.
