Barbara Kay Fullmer

Barbara K. Radcliff Fullmer, of Crowley, Texas, has passed away on June 5, 2024, at the age of 87.

Barbara was born on May 18, 1937, in Morgantown, West Virginia to Opal V. Loar and Robert M. Radcliff. She married Franklin E. Fullmer on May 7, 1955, in Fairmont, West Virginia.

Barbara is preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Fullmer; her parents, Opal and Robert Radcliff.

Barbara is survived by her daughters, Kim and Steve Orner, Karey Fullmer, Cynthia Brown, Brenda and Brian Blaker; her grandchildren, Jeff Orner, Tyler and Ben Karwoski-Blaker, Alyxandra and Benjamin Jackson, Katlyn Blaker; her great-grandchild, Bennett Orner.
