Annette Monique Johnson, a loving and caring mother, wife, and daughter, passed away on August 19, 2023, in Burleson, Texas. She was born on May 4, 1967, in Torrance, California to Vera and Julian Mancillas. 

Annette was a dedicated realtor who built a successful career with Universal Realty and ReMax Associates.

Outside of her professional endeavours, her proudest accomplishments in life were her children and family. She cherished every moment spent with her loved ones and valued their time together above all else. Her unconditional love and unwavering support will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

In addition to her career and role as a mother, Annette had a myriad of hobbies and interests that brought her joy. She had a passion for photography and possessed a talent for capturing beautiful moments on film. Annette also had a passion for cooking and delighted in preparing delicious meals for her family and friends.

Annette's warm personality touched the lives of many. Her kind heart and compassionate nature were evident in every interaction she had. Whether it was lending an ear to listen or offering words of encouragement, Annette had an innate ability to make others feel seen and heard. Her presence will be sorely missed by those whose lives she enriched.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Julian and Vera Mancillas.

Annette is survived by her devoted husband of 26 years, Michael "Craig" Johnson; her loving children Mikaela Johnson, Kyle Johnson, and Kyler Johnson; mother-in-law, Beverly Johnson; her sister-in-law Charlynda Marckese and husband Bob; her sister-in-law Danielle Burnside and husband Dar; her brother Jullian Mancillas and wife Brenda; her brother-in-law Jim Johnson and wife Noelle; her niece Alex Burnside; her niece Kaleigh Johnson; her nephew Steve Davis; her nephew Justin Johnson; her nephew Aaron Burnside; as well as other special family members and friends including John and Veronica Saunders, Kyle and Cindy Bartleson, Peter and Pam Agostino, Monica Bentley, her cousin, Colleen Barella, aunt and uncle, Richard and Valerie Mancillas, aunt, Monica Combiaso, and aunt, Lupe Barton.

Annette's memory will be honored during the services held at Skyvue Funeral Home located at 7220 Rendon Bloodworth Rd in Mansfield, Texas. The visitation will take place on September 8, 2023, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The funeral service will be held the following day, September 9, 2023, starting at 10:00 AM. A burial ceremony will take place at Skyvue Memorial Gardens on the same day at 11:30 AM.
