Anna Maria Garcia, a beloved teacher for 18 years, passed away on November 12, 2023, at the age of 55. She was born on December 2, 1967, in McAllen, Texas. Anna will be remembered for her commitment to education and her unwavering dedication to her students.

Anna's career as a teacher spanned nearly two decades and touched the lives of countless individuals. Her passion for teaching was evident in her classroom, where she fostered a love for learning and inspired her students to reach their full potential. Anna had a special way of connecting with each student, understanding their unique needs, and helping them succeed academically and personally.

Beyond the classroom, Anna was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She cherished spending time with her family and embraced every opportunity to create lasting memories together. Anna's grandchildren held a special place in her heart, and she delighted in sharing her hobbies and interests with them. Anna is preceded in death by her sisters, Gabriela Aleman and Rosa Maria Soto; father, Rogelio Aleman.

She is survived by her daughters, Collette Farmer (Daniel), Candace Cruz (John); mother, Guadalupe Estrada; sisters, Leticia Aleman and Marta Lydia Aleman; brothers, Rogelio Aleman Jr., Rolando Aleman (Maria), Daniel Aleman; grandchildren, Molly Anne Farmer, Martin Anthony Watson Jr., Candaline Sofia Cruz, Leonicio Avran, Harper Marie Farmer; nieces, Carina Aleman, Elizabeth Soto, Ashley Aleman, Noelle Aleman, Lucy Aleman; nephews, Calin Aleman, Jack Aleman, Joseph Aleman, David Soto, Jacob Soto, Adam Soto, Jared Soto, Rolando Aleman Jr., Angel Aleman, Andrew Soto; numerous other loving family members and friends.

Friends and family will gather to remember Anna Maria Garcia at Skyvue Funeral Home located at 7220 Rendon Bloodworth Rd in Mansfield, Texas on November 17, 2023. The viewing will take place from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
