Savas Alvarez, 75, went to be with the Lord on Monday, November 12, 2018.
Visitation: 6-9PM with Rosary beginning at 8:00PM Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Skyvue Funeral Home. Funeral Service: 10AM Friday, November 16, 2018 at Skyvue Funeral Home.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Guadalupe and Estefana Alvarez; sisters, Lupe Caldero and Bertha Garcia; as well as two great-granddaughters, Taylee Byrne and Hope Ramirez.
Savas is survived by his wife of 57 years, Pauline; daughters, Diana (Henry) Pios, Elena (Matt) Page; sons, Eddie Alvarez, Danny (Maricela), Robert (Emilia) and Fernando; brothers, Tino (Rosa) Alvarez, Sisto (Maria) Alvarez; sister, Esther (Ben) Aguilar; 14 grandkids, 11 great-grandkids and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
