GRAND PRAIRIE -- William Ray Allen, 77, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Feb. 16, 2014, in Arlington.
Service: 2 p.m. Thursday at Skyvue Funeral Home in Mansfield. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
William was born and raised in Surry County, N.C. He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Lee; mother, Clemmie Mae; brother, Joseph Allen; and sisters, Irene Smith and Colene Crawford.
Survivors: His loving and devoted wife, Shirley Ann; successful children, Cindy, Sheryl (husband Jeff), Brian (wife Angela) and Mark; loving grandchildren, Miranda (husband Jeremy), Kayla (husband Jason), Lindsay, Bradley and Logan; and delightful great-grandchildren, Mackenzie and Emily. He is also survived by a sister, Judy Cude (husband Jimmy); and sister-in-law, Rebecca Allen.
