Norma June Decker, age 77, passed away on January 21, 2020.

Norma was born in Fort Worth, Texas on January 29, 1942 to Biddie Lee and Thelma Eulallie Westmoreland.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Jimmy Lee Westmoreland; sisters, JoAnn Witt, Lela Shutter; granddaughter, Tammie Jo Miller.
Norma is survived by her daughters, Lorri Willits and her husband Craig, Mitzi Fortune and her husband Joe Solano; brother, Don Westmoreland; sister, Peggy Brady; grandchildren, Colt Miller, Justin Fortune, Cutter Miller, Jerod Fortune, Brandi Fortune, Craig Willits Jr.; numerous great-grandchildren and other loving friends and family.
