Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Perez; daughter, Diana Perez Al-Kaili, parents, Santiago Botello Sr. and Macadeia Gayton Botello, and brother, Victor Botello Sr.
Survivors: Sons, Steven Perez, and Mark Perez; daughters, Vicki Martinez and Patti Morales; brothers, Santiago Botello Jr., Johnny Botello, and Rick Botello; sisters, Christina Cruz and Benita Lopez; grandchildren, Valerie Martinez Bruno, Jesse Al-Kaili, Rachel Morales and Matthew Morales; great grandchildren, Isabella Bruno and Melaney Al-Kaili.
